Damon® Brackets
Damon® braces were invented by Dr. Dwight Damon. The Damon® bracket utilizes (sliding-door) technology known as "self-ligation" that allows the wire to slide back and forth within the bracket.
No elastic or steel ties are used with Damon® brackets. This technology creates less friction and results in greater comfort for the patient. In addition, Damon® braces often reduce both treatment time and the number of adjustments that are usually performed.

Aligner Treatment
Aligners look and feel like clear retainers, but they have tooth correction built into them to gradually align teeth. You may have a series of several aligners – each one is to be worn for a specified length of time before you are ready to advance to the next aligner. Each aligner may initially feel tight against your teeth as it is working to make corrections to your alignment. This type of treatment works well for patients who need minor tooth correction.
